1. Service Agreement

By installing and using SpeedBoost AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. SpeedBoost AI provides automated image compression, liquid code cleanup, and media lazy loading to improve store performance.

2. Subscription & Billing

SpeedBoost AI offers flexible subscription tiers billed through official Shopify Subscription Billing API:

Starter Plan: $9.99/month (1,000 image optimizations/mo, basic theme cleanup).
Pro Plan: $29.99/month (unlimited image compression, full theme cleaner, media lazy loader).
Enterprise Plan: $49.99/month (priority queue, 24/7 specialist support).

All subscription charges can be canceled anytime directly from your store billing settings.

3. Safe Code & Theme Integrity

SpeedBoost AI performs non-destructive liquid theme and asset auditing. Merchants are advised to maintain standard backups. SpeedBoost AI is not liable for issues resulting from custom third-party liquid code modifications.
